Correct Address


We ship only to PayPal Address. If you want us to ship to other address, please write it down in PayPal Note when you pay. Address variation request via email will not be accepted. Please key in the correct shipping address in English while checking out with PayPal. Or the order will be shipped to your PayPal address.


We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.


Delivery Time


We will ship your order within 2 Working Days upon receiving cleared payment, not including Sundays and Public Holidays and if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock you will be notified by email and a shipping date will be assigned. If you wish you can either wait or cancel the order.


All our deliveries are withTracking Number, signed for.  For any reason if you are unavailable to accept the parcel, then the parcel will be held at your local Mail sorting office waiting for collection by you.


Delivery time depends on destination and other factors.  This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays.  Note the delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or inclimate weather conditions. If you don't receive the item after 35 days, please contact us, we'll investigate and solve the delivery problem.


Local Tariff & Taxes


International Buyers, Please Note: If your country charges for any import tariff or taxes, it is your responsibility as a citizen to pay for it. We will not be liable if your country custom department detains your parcel.





Purchases of €200 upwards have free shipping. For purchases less than €200 the shipping is calculated on Paypal checkout. At the moment we only ship to EU countries, Turkey, Israel, Canada and USA. Please contact us if you would like shipping to other countries. Do not purchase an item without contacting us if we are not able to ship to your address.





Should there be any problem please contact us immediately! We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake. Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if our service could be better!


For all returned products, buyers MUST contact us for the returning address.


Items must be returned (shipped) within 7 days of receipt. The tracking number of the return shipment has to be mailed to us once available.


The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.  You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

  • All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
  • Accessories such as cords and remotes
  • Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards
  • "Free gifts" or bonus items
  • All items included in a bundle


Items that are not in the condition in which they were received, including signs of wear or resizing, cannot be returned.


Any item returned to us without prior agreement will not be credited or acknowledged. We can't accept liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorised returns - so please contact us before returning an item.


Please be aware that you are responsible for the item/s until the time they are received by us. As such we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item/s fail to arrive to us.


A full refund (excluding the original postage costs), replacement or credit merchandise will be offered to any authorised returned goods. Note: Shipping costs will also be recalculated so the refund might less than the actual value to match the shipping calculation of the reduced new sum

Transit Damages


We do not offer insurance as standard, however if you wish to purchase shipping insurance please let us know before buying the product and we will send you a quote for the insurance accordingly.


Salpasub is not liable for damages caused during transit.


Unwanted Goods


If you ordered the wrong product we will happily exchange it for the correct item, charging or refunding the difference where appropriate.  The refund in this case will be strictly merchandise credit.  Please inform us within 7 days of receipt should you wish to do this. Please note that in some cases you may incur additional shipping charges.





International manufacturer warranties apply. Should you like to send the item back to us for repair/replacement under warranty please contact us first. Shipping costs will be incurred by the client both ways.




The prices published on Internet are valid only for on-line sales. Shop prices may vary from the website due to management and services offered at the shop.

€100 = €110

Spend €100 or more in a single transaction between 5th and 26th December 2014. You will receive:            Free €10 voucher to spend between 6th and 31st January 2015  


€200 = €225

Spend €200 or more in a single transaction between 5th and 26th December 2014. You will receive:            Free €25 voucher to spend between 6th and 31st January 2015


€300 = €350

Spend €300 or more in a single transaction between 5th and 26th December 2014. You will receive:            Free €50 voucher to spend between 6th and 31st January 2015


€400 = €475

1.      This offer is valid for new purchases (not applicable on services and servicing of dive equipment) made and paid in full between the 5th December and the 26th December 2014 and applies to both online and in-store purchases. SalpaSub Vouchers are redeemable by the same method as original purchase


2.      Payments have to be done within the above stated dates even if the item/s ordered is not in stock and will be delivered at a later date. No SalpaSub Vouchers will be issued if the item/s ordered is not paid in full, however if only a deposit is paid and if the deposit falls within any offer bracket, the relative SalpaSub Voucher will be issued


3.      If you collect your item/s in-store, you will receive your SalpaSub Voucher in-store when you pay for the item/s


4.      If you order and pay your item/s online, you will receive confirmation that you have qualified to receive a SalpaSub Voucher. To use the Voucher you will need to carry out the checkout as usual and in the ‘remarks’ send us the SalpaSub Voucher code


5.      The SalpaSub Voucher awarded will be calculated on the cost of the item/s sold and any shipping, delivery and installation charges will not be taken into consideration


6.      This offer is not available for the purchase of Gift Cards


7.      Only one SalpaSub Voucher will be awarded per payment


8.      SalpaSub Vouchers can only be redeemed against subsequent transactions


9.      SalpaSub Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or returned


10.  If all or some of the product(s) are returned for any reason which is acceptable by the supplier, thereby reducing the value of the original transaction the SalpaSub Vouchers must be returned or corrected accordingly. If the Voucher is not returned, the Voucher amount will be deducted from the money refunded


11.  SalpaSub Vouchers cannot be sold or transferred


12.  The SalpaSub Voucher may be used only for one single purchase and one voucher per purchase. If the item/s redeemed with the Voucher cost less that the SalpaSub Voucher value the difference will be not be reusable


13.  Promotional codes/gift cards must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be redeemed afterwards


14.  The SalpaSub Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers


15.  IMORTANT: The SalpaSub Voucher carries a defined deadline. No Vouchers will be accepted after the expiry of the offer (31st January 2015) and the Vouchers are not renewable


16.  This does not affect your statutory rights


17.  We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice
